Mixture of cellulase enzymes

Pretreatment:
At 60 oC for 10 minutes with 1 – 2 gr/lt desizing process is done. The water of the machine is drained and squeezing is done.

Stone wash process:
%1 – 3 DF MAX M POWER (OWG) is applied in the environment without water, stone and heat. The half of the DF MAX M POWER is sprinkled onto the garments and machine works for 5 minutes. After this process the other half of DF MAX M POWER sprinkled onto the garments and the machine works for 30 – 50 minutes. Cellulase can be destroyed by rinsing with alkali (either sodium carbonate or caustic at 60-70 °C) or by increasing heat to 70 - 80 °C for 10 minutes.
